Who would be the audience of your media product?

• The main target audience of our audience is a more mature audience which is the main target audience for most thriller films.
• We would hope to give it a 15 certificate to widen our audience and allows teenagers and young adults to see the film and possibly associate with some of the characters due to our main character being about 16 or 17 years old. Furthermore, a younger audience are more likely to be exempt from watching the film as they could find some scenes or social matters distressing.

How did you attract/address your audience?

• Our story-line was quite complex which challenged the audience. However, we decided to leave the audience to manually discover what truly happened, rather than spoon feeding them the storyline and issues.
• We addressed important social issues such as the absensce of a father, disruptive family dynamics etc which audiences would be able to empaphise with
• Our mise-en-scene was kept very realistic for example we used to make up to create bruises on Olivia and we shot most scenes on set in realistic settings.
